Finca “Son Xona” is a tower-like building with a magnificent view of the medieval village of Capdepera. From the roof terrace, you have a unique view over the entire region.
The castle-like character is a special feature of the Finca “Son Xona”. Not far away, only 8 km further is Artà, a small town worth visiting. This little town is also good for shopping. For those who are rather beach-goers, we recommend Cala Ratjada, only 3 km away, with many unique beaches.

Worth knowing about the Finca “Son Xona” and Capdepera
Many girls dream about, to be a princess and live in the very own castle. Well, in Finca “Son Xona” this dream can be realised easily. The massive construction of this castle-like tower emits a feeling of strength and protection; just what you want for a holiday. If you want to chill out close to the water, you don’t even need to go to the beach. In this villa, you have a pool. The view across the region is magnificent. You can enjoy it from the pool or the terrace. From here you overlook the nearby, picturesque town of Capdepera, which is also overshadowed by a castle.
History:
The tower has a remarkable history of 800 years. While the exterior retains its ancient appearance, the interior of the tower has been completely renovated. From the outside, you enter a small living room.
Further, into the kitchen, you will find a long table. No place is better for a social get-together than here. Following the typical construction in Mallorca, you can see the roof beams, which contributes to a cosy atmosphere.
In the first floor, you will find accommodation with magnificent bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
As mentioned above, the seaside resort of Cala Ratjada is only 3 km away. This includes a picturesque harbour. Here you must drink the famous Cortado.
Only 8 km further, is the well-preserved old town Artà.
Capdepera itself is ideal for walks, cycling, trekking, golf or a trip to the castle.
